Park Revitalization Master Plan and adoption of a Mitigated Negative
Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Staff

Recommendation: 1) Staff presentation
2) Hold Public Hearing
3) Close Public Hearing
4) Adopt a Resolution to approve the Upland Memorial
Park Revitalization Master Plan and the Mitigated
Negative Declaration and associated Mitigation
Monitoring Program pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
